These terms govern your use of deluxeseoagency.com (the “website”), run by Deluxe SEO Agency (“we”, “us”), including our free SEO audits and call bookings. By using the website, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
Our services and prices
The website describes the SEO services we offer. It is not an offer to enter into a contract. Paid work starts only once we have both agreed a written proposal or contract setting out the scope, deliverables, fees and payment terms. That agreement takes priority over these terms if they conflict.
Prices on the website are in US dollars. Packages and fixed-price items cost what is shown; prices marked “from” are starting points, and the price of your project is the one confirmed in your proposal. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT and any other applicable taxes. We may change our prices at any time, but never for work already agreed.
No guaranteed rankings
Search engines and AI assistants decide their own rankings and answers, and they change how they work without notice. No one can honestly guarantee a specific position. We commit to the work, the methods and the reporting described in your proposal, but we can’t guarantee any particular ranking, traffic level, number of leads or revenue, and nothing on this website is a promise of one.
Free SEO audits
- The audit is free and comes with no obligation to buy anything.
- It is based on publicly available information about your website and on what you tell us. It reflects our professional opinion at the time of the review and is not a guarantee of results.
- We aim to deliver it within 3 business days. In busy periods it can take longer, and we’ll tell you if it does.
- We may decline a request, for example if the website isn’t yours to submit, promotes illegal activity, or is outside our expertise.
- You’re free to use the findings however you like, with or without us. We keep your audit confidential and never publish your name, website or results without your written permission.
Calls you book
Introductory calls booked through the website are free and last about 30 minutes. We’ll call you at the time you chose, using the method you selected: phone, WhatsApp or video. To change or cancel, just reply to your confirmation email. If we ever need to move a call, we’ll let you know as early as possible and offer another time.
Information you send us
Please make sure the information you send through our forms is accurate and that you’re entitled to share it, especially when it concerns a website or business you represent. Never send passwords or other login details through our forms or by email. If we need access to a tool for a project, we’ll ask you to invite us through that tool.
