Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

This privacy policy explains what personal data Deluxe SEO Agency (“we”, “us”) collects through deluxeseoagency.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and the rights you have. It is written to meet Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and, for visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom, the GDPR and UK GDPR.

In short

  • We only collect what you send us through our forms, plus the technical data needed to run a secure website.
  • We use it to reply to you, deliver the audit or call you asked for and, if you become a client, to work with you.
  • Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them. We don’t use advertising cookies.
  • We never sell your data, and we don’t add you to marketing emails unless you agree.
  • You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data: email contact@deluxeseoagency.com.

What we collect and why

Free SEO audit requests

Your name, email address, website address and main goal. We use them to prepare your audit, send it to you and answer your questions about it. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract and, under Law 09-08, your consent when you send the form.

Contact messages

Your name, email address, website address (optional) and your message. We use them to reply to you. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and your consent when you send the form.

Call bookings

Your name, email address, how you’d like us to call you (phone, WhatsApp or video), your phone or WhatsApp number, your website (optional), anything you tell us before the call, the time you chose and your time zone. We use them to hold the time for you, send you a confirmation with a calendar invite, call you and prepare for the call. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract and your consent when you book.

Clients

If you become a client, we also process the contact, billing and project details needed to deliver our services, invoice them and meet our legal obligations. Legal basis: performance of our contract and our legal obligations, such as accounting and tax rules. Access you give us to tools such as Google Search Console or Google Analytics is used only for the work you’ve asked us to do.

Technical and security data

Like any website, our server receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, and our hosting provider keeps these in server logs for a limited period to keep the site secure and working. To stop spam, our forms count submissions per visitor for one hour using a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address; the address itself is never stored with your request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, reliable website.

Analytics, only with your consent

If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, records how the site is used: pages viewed, time on page, approximate location (country or city), device and browser, how you arrived and actions such as sending a form or booking a call. We use these statistics to understand which pages help visitors and to improve the site. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. If you don’t accept, these cookies are not set.

We don’t use your data for automated decisions that affect you, and we don’t build advertising profiles.

Emails we send you

We email you to reply to your request, send your audit, confirm a call or work on a project with you. We don’t send newsletters or marketing emails unless you’ve agreed to receive them, and every marketing email includes a way to stop receiving them.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this website and our business, and only as much as they need:

  • Hostinger hosts this website on servers in France, delivers it through its content delivery network and sends and receives our email.
  • Google provides the inbox where we receive form notifications and, if you consent, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • The calling service you choose. If you ask us to call you by WhatsApp or video, that service (for example WhatsApp, Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams) processes the call under its own privacy policy.
  • Professional advisers, such as our accountant or lawyer, when needed, under a duty of confidentiality.
  • Public authorities, only when the law requires it.

Transfers outside Morocco

This website is hosted in France, in the European Union. Some of our providers, such as Google, may also process data in other countries, including the United States. We only transfer data in line with Law 09-08 and the rules of the Moroccan data protection authority (CNDP), and, for visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom, with appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

  • Audit requests, contact messages and call bookings: up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless you become a client.
  • Client records: for as long as we work together, then as long as needed to handle any claims. Invoices and accounting records are kept for 10 years, as Moroccan accounting law requires.
  • Analytics data: 14 months.
  • Spam protection data: one hour.
  • Website backups may contain data for up to 90 days after it has been deleted from the website.

When a period ends, we delete the data or make it anonymous.

How we protect it

The whole website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form submissions are stored privately and can only be seen by our team members who need them. We use spam protection on every form and keep our software up to date. Our forms never ask for passwords: if we need access to your analytics or Search Console for a project, we ask you to invite us through those tools instead.

Your rights

Under Law 09-08, you have the right to be informed about how your data is used, to access it, to have it corrected or deleted if it is inaccurate, incomplete or no longer needed, and to object to its use for legitimate reasons, including to any marketing at any time.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights to erasure, to restrict how we use your data, to receive a copy of it in a portable format, to object to processing based on our legitimate interests and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it.

To use any of these rights, email contact@deluxeseoagency.com. It’s free. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we’ll reply within one month. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Moroccan data protection authority, the CNDP (cndp.ma), or to the data protection authority where you live or work.

Cookies and similar technologies

  • Your cookie choice is saved in your browser’s local storage (dsa_consent) so we don’t ask again on every page. It’s needed for the site to respect your choice, and it stays until you change it or clear your browser data.
  • Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) are only set if you accept analytics. They last up to 2 years. If you later decline, we remove them.

We don’t use advertising or social media tracking cookies. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page, or block cookies in your browser settings.

Children

Our services are for businesses and this website is not directed at children under 18. We don’t knowingly collect their data; if you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We’ll update this policy when our practices or the law change, and the date at the top will show the latest version. If a change significantly affects how we use your data, we’ll make it clear on the website.
